| Olsavsky Jaminet Architects
was the result of a merger in 1993 of two long established
and successful local architectural firms – James S. Olsavsky,
Architect (established in 1960), and Raymond J. Jaminet &
Partners (established in 1970). The Firm incorporated
in 2004 and continues to uphold and practice with the same
excellent reputation.
The professional staff has over 50 years experience heading
projects of varying scope, functions and complexities.
Each member of our staff has had ample experience in dealing
with the parameters associated with assessments, additions,
renovations, and the construction of new buildings.
With vast experience in all phases and types of
architectural design services, the Firm brings together a
design team that includes registered architects, interior
designers, skilled technical personnel, and administrative
support. The common philosophies and close working
relationship of the firm’s members enable Olsavsky Jaminet
to deliver quality design services.
